I had a wonderful experience while getting my car serviced. Although I had to wait for nearly 4–5 hours, the entire experience was made comfortable by the extremely caring, courteous, and professional staff. The waiting area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and I was kindly offered coffee and snacks, which was a thoughtful gesture. I was also kept informed throughout the process with regular updates on WhatsApp. The staff deserves special appreciation for their exceptional customer service, warm attitude, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this service centre to anyone looking for a hassle-free and genuinely customer-focused experience. Keep up the excellent work and consistency!
